KaiCoa is a healing and learning space for emotional and physical wellbeing. It’s a place where you can begin to understand your emotions with kindness and curiosity—without pressure to ‘fix’ yourself—while gently improving the connection between your mind and body.
Here, healing happens slowly and gently. We focus on building a compassionate relationship with yourself, learning to listen to what your body and heart are trying to tell you, and creating a sense of safety within your own nervous system.

Coa comes from the Taíno people, referring to a sacred digging tool used to plant food and sustain life.
